Does Clarify work with a creator account on Instagram?
Yes. Clarify connects to Instagram business and creator accounts, TikTok, Threads and Facebook Pages through the platforms' own APIs, and reads the comments on all of them into one stream.
Will my followers know comments are being hidden?
No. Hiding uses the platform's own hide, which leaves the comment visible to the person who wrote it and their friends and removes it from everyone else's view. Nothing is deleted, and you can un-hide anything in one click.
Does it reply to my comments for me?
Only when you ask it to. Tap Generate reply on a comment and Clarify drafts one in the voice you have set; you check it and approve before it is posted. It never posts on its own.
Can it stop the fake accounts impersonating me?
Clarify flags and tracks the accounts and lets you mute them on any platform, so their comments are hidden the moment they land, and on Facebook you can block them outright. Reporting the impersonation to the platform is still done through the platform.
