Someone in your office reads the worst of the internet every day. Clarify reads it first.
Clarify is comment moderation for MPs, candidates and electorate offices. It reads every comment on your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Threads pages the moment it lands, hides abuse and bot swarms so staff never have to, keeps its own record of every threat as evidence for police or eSafety, and drafts replies to constituents' genuine questions in your voice for a staffer to approve. Nothing is hidden or posted without a person's say-so, and anything can be undone.

Every day, someone in your office reads the worst of the internet. Threats. Abuse. Bot swarms. All buried among real people, with real questions. Clarify reads it first. It watches your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Threads, and sorts the harmful from the healthy. It drafts replies in your voice, but nothing is hidden or posted without your say-so. And anything can be undone. When someone crosses the line, the threat becomes evidence. Logged, built into a case, and ready for police or eSafety. Coordinated bot campaigns? Exposed. And every morning, a short brief on what people are saying, including when you're in the news. Hosted in Australia. A human in the loop, always. Clarify. The worst of the internet, handled. Start your free seven day trial at clarify.net.au.
What an electorate office is up against
- Reading it is the job. Someone opens the page each morning and reads the threats, the slurs and the bot swarms before they find the constituent asking about a bus route.
- Threats get lost in a scroll. The comment that names your office or your kids' school is one among hundreds, and by the time police ask for it, it has been deleted.
- Pile-ons look organic until they are not. Sixteen accounts made last Tuesday can set the tone of a post in an hour.
- Real questions go unanswered. The polite constituent is the rarest thing in the thread and the easiest to miss.
What Clarify does for an MP's pages
Sorts every comment
Each comment is classified as a threat, bullying, a slur, spam, misinformation, a genuine question or a legitimate comment, with a confidence score and the reasoning. Staff work from a prioritised stream, not the raw feed.
Turns threats into evidence
A threat goes to the log with the comment text, the account, the post, the timestamp and the AI's assessment, a record Clarify keeps even if the commenter deletes it. Related comments and accounts are built into a case, and the case report is ready to hand to police, the AFP or eSafety. Clarify never reports anyone on your behalf; that decision stays with you.
Drafts replies in your voice
For a genuine question, one tap drafts a reply in the tone you have set. A staffer checks it, edits it if they like, and approves. If your office uses approvals, the reply waits for the right person.
Exposing coordinated campaigns
When the same handful of accounts turns up under every post, or a cluster of new accounts arrives together, Clarify groups them so a pile-on looks like what it is: one campaign, not twenty angry constituents. The account tracker keeps a history of every account that has crossed the line, across all of your pages.
If your party or caucus runs Clarify HQ, the same account targeting several members shows up there too, and each office can refer its case with the evidence attached.

A morning brief, including when you are in the news
Every morning Clarify sends a short brief: what people are saying, what needs a reply, what can wait, and, with media listening, where your name has appeared in the news overnight. It is the part of the day the press officer used to spend on four apps and a search engine.

Built for how a political office works
- Candidates too. Connect the campaign page on a trial the week the abuse starts, and keep the workspace for the electorate office if you win.
- A human in the loop, always. The only thing Clarify does unattended is opt-in auto-hide at 90% confidence or above, and every automatic hide is reversible in one click.
- Hosted in Australia. Your comments, cases and reports stay on Australian infrastructure.
- Nothing is deleted. Hiding uses the platform's own hide, so the original stays as evidence and the person who wrote it never sees a "censored" gap.
Frequently asked questions
Does Clarify report threats to the police for us?
No. Clarify logs the threat with the comment text, the account, the post and the timestamp, builds the evidence into a case and produces a report you can download. Whether to hand it to police, the AFP or eSafety is always your office's decision.
Will constituents know their comments are being moderated by AI?
Hiding uses the platform's own hide, so a hidden comment stays visible to the person who wrote it and their friends. Nothing is deleted, and no reply is posted unless a member of your staff has approved it.
Can a candidate use Clarify before they are elected?
Yes. Any Facebook Page, Instagram business or creator account, TikTok account or Threads profile can be connected, so a campaign page can start on the free trial and the same workspace can carry over to the electorate office.
Can our party see across all of its MPs' pages?
Only through Clarify HQ, and only if each office chooses to link. HQ gets a read-only view of the flagged accounts, coordinated groups and cases in a linked workspace, so it can see when the same account is targeting several members and receive the cases they refer. It can never post, reply, hide or change anything, and an office can revoke access at any time.
Where is the data kept?
In Australia. Comments, cases, reports and the morning brief are all stored and processed on Australian infrastructure.
Read how it works, step by step
- The Social StreamThe Social Stream is where most moderation happens. Every comment across your connected socials lands here, already sorted into a category by the AI.
- The Threat LogThe Threat Log is the permanent record of every comment classified as a threat, organised by the account that made it.
- CasesA case is a folder for an investigation: one account or group, the evidence against them, and the status of any report you've made.
- Replying to commentsClarify can draft replies for you, but a reply never reaches the platform without two deliberate human steps: approving the draft, then posting it.
- Media ListeningYour team already watches your own Page all day. Media Listening watches the rest of the internet for you, so a story about you in the news does not slip past.
- Coordination GroupsSometimes abuse isn't a collection of individuals; it's a campaign. Coordination Groups is where Clarify identifies clusters of accounts acting together: bot…
