Nobody trains for the abuse. Clarify reads every comment before you do.
Clarify is comment moderation for athletes and the people who manage them. It reads every comment on your Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Threads before you open the app, hides the abuse the moment it lands if you switch that on, groups a pile-on so twenty accounts look like the one campaign they are, keeps a record of every threat that is ready for police, and puts a genuine message from a real supporter in your morning brief. Clear feed, clear head.

Fouled with three seconds left, and Nash goes to the line. One shot. Seventy-nine all. This one makes or breaks the season. Here we go. Nobody trains for the abuse. Off the front rim! Oh, he'll be feeling that one. Let's try that again. From the day before. Clarify reads every comment before he does. Threats go to a log with screenshots, ready for police. If he switches it on, the abuse is hidden the moment it lands. Nothing is deleted. Pile-ons get grouped, so twenty accounts look like what they are. One campaign. And every morning, his brief includes someone who actually backs him. If the same account goes after his teammates, the club's HQ sees that too. Nash to the line. One shot for the season. Nothing but net! Hawks win it! Shot, Tyler Nash! Clear feed. Clear head.
What lands after a bad night
- You miss one shot and the phone lights up. Hundreds of comments, and the ones that stick are never the kind ones.
- They know things. Your car, your training times, where your kids play. That is not a fan with an opinion; that is a threat, and it needs a record.
- Twenty accounts, one campaign. A pile-on is designed to look like everyone. Usually it is a handful of people with a lot of accounts.
- The kind ones drown. The supporter who has been there since juniors is in the thread too. You just never get to them.
What Clarify does for an athlete's pages
Reads it first
Every comment is sorted as it lands: a threat, bullying, a slur, spam, a genuine question, a legitimate comment. You, or whoever manages your pages, work from a prioritised stream instead of the raw feed.
Hides the abuse, if you want it to
Switch on auto-hide for slurs and abuse and they are hidden the moment they arrive, at 90% confidence or above, using the platform's own hide. Nothing is deleted, the author never sees a gap, and every hide can be undone in one click. A persistent nuisance can be muted for a week, a month or for good.
Keeps the record for police
A threat goes to the log with the comment text, the account, the post and the timestamp, Clarify's own record that a deletion cannot erase. Raise a case, attach the evidence and download the report when you need it. Clarify never contacts police for you; that stays your call.
Pile-ons get grouped
When a cluster of accounts arrives together, or the same handful turns up under every post, Clarify groups them as a coordinated group. Twenty accounts look like what they are: one campaign. The account tracker keeps the history of every account that has crossed the line, so the one who comes back after a month is recognised.

Every morning, someone who actually backs you
The morning brief is a short summary of what came in, what needs a reply and what can wait. When there is one worth sharing, it includes a bright spot: a genuine comment from a real supporter. The work is heavy; that part is there on purpose.
If your club runs Clarify HQ and you choose to link, the same account going after your teammates shows up there too, and your club's welfare officer can work the case with you.

For the athlete and the people around them
- Athletes running their own pages, who want to post after a game without reading what comes back.
- Managers and agencies, looking after several athletes from one Pro or Agency workspace with a seat for each.
- Clubs and player associations, through the free Clarify HQ, which sees the patterns across linked players and never controls their pages.
- Hosted in Australia, with a human in the loop for everything except the auto-hide you choose to switch on.
Frequently asked questions
Can Clarify hide abuse before I see it?
Yes, if you switch auto-hide on for the categories you choose, such as slurs and abuse. Matches at 90% confidence or above are hidden as they arrive with the platform's own hide, so nothing is deleted and the author cannot tell. Every automatic hide lands in a review queue with one-click un-hide.
Does it work on Instagram and TikTok?
Yes. Clarify connects to Instagram business and creator accounts, TikTok, Facebook Pages and Threads, and reads the comments on all of them into one stream.
What happens when someone threatens me?
The comment is logged as a threat with its text, the account, the post and the timestamp, and you are alerted. You can raise a case, attach related comments and accounts, and download a report to give to police. Clarify keeps its own record, so a deleted comment is still evidence, and it never contacts police on your behalf.
Can my manager or agency run it for me?
Yes. Add them as a team member with the permissions you choose, or let an agency manage several athletes from one Agency workspace. You stay the owner of your workspace and your data.
Can my club see my comments?
Only if you choose to link your workspace to your club's Clarify HQ, and then read-only: the flagged accounts, coordinated groups and cases, never control of your page. You can revoke access at any time.
