Does it reply to customers by itself?
No. Clarify drafts a reply when you tap Generate reply, in the voice you have set, and you check and post it. It never posts a reply on its own.
Will it hide a real customer's comment by mistake?
Auto-hide is off until you switch it on, and then only for the categories you choose, such as spam and scams, at 90% confidence or above. Anything less certain waits for you, and every hidden comment can be un-hidden in one click. Nothing is ever deleted.
