The Activity Log
The Activity Log records every action your team takes in Clarify: who did what, and when. For a team acting in a public figure's name, this audit trail is both protection and accountability.

What gets recorded
- Comment actions. Reviewing threats, moderating comments, hiding (including bulk hides with counts), approving reply drafts.
- Reply actions. Every reply posted to a platform, attributed to the person who clicked the button.
- Post actions. Marking posts moderated, reactivating comments, bulk replies.
- Publishing actions. Scheduling, publishing, cancelling and unpublishing posts across all connected platforms, and releases from the approval queue.
- Review actions. Review requests, their outcomes, and any edit a reviewer makes to a held post's text.
- Case actions. Opening, moving, updating, archiving, and closing cases; adding or removing evidence; generating reports.
Using it
Search by team member name, or filter with the chips: Reviewed, Moderated, Hidden, Approved, Posted. Where an entry relates to a comment, post, or case, the link icon jumps you straight to it.
Why it matters
If a constituent claims their comment was unfairly hidden, or a journalist asks who approved a particular reply, the answer is one search away. Entries can't be edited or deleted from the app, by anyone.
